Documents checklist to obtain Egypt Tourist Visa.
- Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Original Copy of Passport (E-copy will not be accepted)
b) Attach all your old passports (if any)
Visa application form: One visa application form duly filled and signed.
- Applying from Mumbai: Visa application form Mum has to be duly filled & signed by applicant.
- Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
- Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
- Personal Covering-Letter from the applicant stating applicant’s name, profession, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: Consulate General of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mumbai.
- If onward journey to third country then required evidence that you are assured entry into the onward country that you are travelling to, such as: residence permit· ‘green card’· valid visa.
- Proof of Occupation: If self-employed – Company GST copy/ registration copy/ If employee- Salary slip last 06 month & NOC Letter
- Financial documents: Updated Original Bank Statements for the last 6-month minimum balance of Rs. 80,000 per person with bank seal and sign. ITR for 3 years
- Hotel Booking voucher: Hotel confirmation voucher
- Airline Reservation: Ticket copy
- Visa Charges: –
Additional pickup & drop charges would be applicable as per the location.

- Embassy/ Consulate may ask any additional documents.
- The applicable visa fee in Indian Rupees is as per the current exchange rate. The same is subject to change without notice.
- Visa fee and Service Charges are not refunded if your application is refused by the Embassy/ Consulate.
- The issuance of visa is the whole and sole prerogative of the concerned Embassy/ Consulate of the sovereign state over which we do not have any control. We merely act as a document delivery agent between the customer and the concerned Consulate/Embassy and shall in no way be responsible for any delay or refusal in the issuance of visa by the respective Embassy/ Consulate.
