Singapore Stamp Visa Mumbai

Normal processing time: 4 to 5 working days.

Visa Fees + Service Charge: INR 2640/- (including 18 % GST)- Per person + Courier Charges: INR 590/- (one-way incl. of 18% GST)

Note :- Singapore Consulate, Mumbai is accept the application as per jurisdiction in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat and Odisha.

Kindly provide the following documents to obtain Singapore tourist/ business visa.

  1. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity
  2. Three recent color photographs in white background 35 mm x 45 mm in size close to full 70 to 80% face photo should be Matt-finishing. (see specimen attached)
  3. Duly filled Form 14A (Kindly fill it with the same pen throughout)- (attached herewith)
  4. Cover Letter plain paper (see specimen attached).
  5. Company Covering letter & invitation letter on the company letter head with stamp and signature with authorized person if business visit
  6. Invitation letter + invitee passport 1st & address page and Valid PR copy + Form V39 if family visit- (See specimen attached)  
  7. Bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and signature with 30,000/- minimum per head.
  8. If the employee then leaves letter or 3-month salary slip or Office ID. (see attached company noc letter format)  
  9. If Self-employed then GST certificate or Incorporation certificate.
  10. Ticket Copy and Hotel Voucher.

Note: Verification cases could take longer depending on the Consulate/ Embassy.

  • Consulate/ embassy may ask for any additional documents.
  • Embassy/ High Commission may ask for any additional documents.
  • Visa fees and Service charges are not refunded if your application is refused by the Consulate/ Embassy.
  • The issuance of visa is the whole and sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Embassy of the sovereign state over which we do not have any control. We merely act as a document delivery agent between the customer and the concerned Consulate/Embassy and shall in no way be responsible for any delay or refusal in the issuance of visa by the respective Consulate / Embassy.
