Jurisdiction:
The Consulate General of Brazil in Mumbai has jurisdiction over the states of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Goa. All other Indian states come under the jurisdiction of the Embassy of Brazil in New Delhi.

- Online visa application form
- Passport original and copy (signed, valid up to the end of the trip to Brazil, at least 2 blank pages)
- Financial documents:
- Original updated personal bank statement for the last 06 months with bank seal & sign with a minimum balance of 1 Lac per person.
- Income Tax papers for the last 03 years
Note, the documents must be legalized or apostil led (as applicable), if issued outside Maharashtra, Karnataka, or Goa.
4. Passport-style photo compliant with ICAO requirements taken in the last 6 months
5. Flight tickets (purchased ticket showing entrance into and exit from Brazil)
6. Payment receipt of the applicable consular fees (deposit or bank transfer). The receipt MUST be uploaded into the online visa application form. Deposits/transfers that do not show the applicant’s name on the Consulate’s bank statement will be disregarded and will not be refunded. Applicants are advised not to proceed without reading the specific entry on fees and methods of payment
7. Personal cover letter, written and signed by the applicant, with relevant information about the applicant’s background, the purpose of the trip, reasons why s/he believes s/he qualifies for a visa and intended period of stay in Brazil
8. Proof of stay in Brazil (e.g. hotel reservation).
9. Invitation letter, if applicable. There is no single model for invitation letters, but some items are necessary, such as: the complete name of the applicant, nationality, purpose of the trip, and intended period of stay. The letter must be notarized in Brazil and the original document must be sent to the applicant, so that he or she may present it to the consular authority when applying for the visa. Digital signatures that comply with Law 14063/2020 and Decree 10543/2020 may also be accepted.
10. Copy of the applicant’s Aadhaar card.

Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, with immunizations approved by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) or by the World Health Organization (WHO) or by the authorities of the country where the traveler has been immunized, whose last dose or, if applicable, single dose, has occurred at least fourteen days before the intended date of boarding

13. Copies of previous visas and travel stamps
14. Minors: Visa Authorization Form
15. Day to Day Itinerary.
16. Proof of occupation: –

- Company memorandum copy/ company registration copy Company shop establishment copy or any company registration certificate copy which is showing that owner of this company
If company employee
- Company Noc letter
- Salary slip for last 06 month
17. All documents must be uploaded into the online visa form. Documents that are not uploaded by the applicant might be disregarded
