Phillipines Tourist Stamp Visa
Visa Fees: Rs. 3520/- + DD Charges: Rs. 200/- + Service Charges: Rs. 1180/- (Including 18% GST)
Documents checklist to obtainPhillipines Tourist Visa.
Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Photocopy of data and amendment pages of the applicant’s passport.
b) Attach all your old passports (if any)
Philippines Visa Application Form : One visa application form printed back to back, duly sign by applicant back page (Signature of Applicant) & across sign on front side of photo.
Photograph: two recent color Photograph Photo should be size 2 x 2 mm white background, matt finishing and 70 to 80 % face.
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas
Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head (if self employed) stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit and number of entries applied The letter should be addressed to Honorary Consulate General of Philippines, Mumbai. If the applicant is working, bonafied letter from the company is also required.
Invitation Letter: – Invitation letter from the Philippines along with passport copy and address of the invitee.
International debit card or credit card copy.
Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation voucher with payment receipt copy
Ticket copy: Confirmed Return Ticket copy
Travel insurance- Travel insurance for COVID-19 treatment cost with a minimum coverage of USD 35000 for the duration of the stay in the Philippines.
Copy of final COVID-19 Vaccination certificate.
Proof of occupation:
If company employee
- Company Noc letter with company seal & sign.- (Company Noc letter format)
- Salary slip for last 06 month
If self employed
- Company memorandum copy/ company registration copy Company shop establishment copy or any company registration certificate copy which is showing that owner of this company
- Company bank statement for last 06 month with bank seal and sign.
- ITR last 03 years
Financials documents:
- Original Personal Bank Statement for last six months with minimum balance of Rs. 1,00,000/- and stating the applicant’s name, address and account number along with Bank’s name, Telephone Number, Bank’s stamp & signature of authorized signatory.
- ITR for the last 2 yrs.
- Credit Card copy (first & last Page) or original forex receipt copy.
Please note: Verification cases could take longer depending on the Consulate/ Embassy.
Please Note:
Indian nationals may be granted visa-free entry for the stay upto 14 days, provided the Port of Entry is Manila and they possess the following:
- A valid U.S.A , Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, Singapore and U.K. visas or permanent residence permits
- Passport with a validity for at least six (6) months, beyond the stay period
- Return or onward ticket to the next country of destination
Please Note: Applicants must not have any derogatory record with the Bureau of Immigration (BI),the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA),and the International Police (Interpol).

- Consulate/ embassy may ask for any additional documents or request for personal appearance at the Consulate Embassy.
- Visa fees and Service charges are not refunded if your application is refused by the Consulate/ Embassy.
- The issuance of visa is the whole and sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Embassy of the sovereign state over which we do not have any control.
