South Korea Stamp Visa

Processing time: 15 working days

Visa Fees: Rs. 2800/- + Rs. 200/- DD Charges + Service Charges: Rs. 1770/- (including 18 % GST) - Per Person

Kindly provide the following documents to obtain South Korea Stamp Visa

Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum three blank pages for visa stamp. 
Please Note:
a) Copy of the Passport (2 copies of the first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page)
b) Attach all your old passports (if any)

South Korea Visa Application Form: One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 70 to 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) –( see specimen attached)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas. 

Covering-letter:Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letterhead stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration, and seal of the company, duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea, Mumbai. 

Company incorporation registration certificate copy 

Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation, Day to day itinerary

Financials documents: 

  1. Copies of Income Tax Return for the last 2 years (In the absence of ITR please provide an explanatory letter).
  2. Bank Statement for the last 6 months with original bank seal and sign.
  3. Salary Slips for the last 6 months duly attested as a true copy by the company with seal & signature

Ticket: Air ticket copy

Occupation detail:

  1. Employment Certificate or Leave letter (If Applicant is employed).
  2. Business registration of company/ Gumasta license or GST certificate etc should be provide if applicant is self-employed.
  • Sponsorship Letter.
  • Relationship proof.

  • The applicable visa fee in Indian Rupees is as per the exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice.
  • Embassy/ High Commission may ask for any additional documents.
  • Visa fee and service charges are not refunded if your application is refused by the Embassy/ Consulate.
  • The issuance of visa is the whole and sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Embassy of the sovereign state over which we do not have any control. We merely act as a document delivery agent between the customer and the concerned Embassy/ Consulate and shall in no way be responsible for any delay or refusal in the issuance of visa by the respective Embassy/ Consulate.
