Please find an attached Turkey visa application form and following are documents checklist to obtain tourist stamp visa.

Passport: Valid for at least six months with a minimum of two blank pages available. Please attach all old passports;

Application Form: Original Application form for Turkey Visa duly filled in and signed by the applicants (form attached).

Photographs: Two recent color photographs 2.5 x 2.5 inch in size in white background 70 to 80 % face matt finishing.

Covering Letter: Original covering letter on company letter head (if self employed) mentioning applicant name, nationality, passport no, the purpose of visit overseas along with the duration, the date of travel and about expenses during visit. Letter should be address to the Visa officer, The Consulate General of Turkey, Mumbai.  (See specimen covering letter attached)

Proof of profession & financial means

If Employed/Self-Employed:-

-Last 3 months’ personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank it should be salary account statement)

-Leave from employer/company on letterhead with signature, seal/stamp.

If Employer is sponsor:-

-Company registration documents. Original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done for each applicant.

-Last 3 months company bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)

If Proprietor/Partner/Director:-

-Applicant needs to provide proof in which applicant/company name should be mentioned. Original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation need to be done for each applicant.

-Last 3 month’s personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)

If Freelancer:-

-Contract documents & leave/cover letter as applicable

-Last 3 months’ personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)

If Retired:-

-Retirement documents & income proof (original or copies attested)

-Last 3 month’s personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)

If Student:-

-Letter from the school/university & ID copy  

For Minor:-

– Consent letter from both parents even if minor is travelling with both parents

 -NOC must be on 100Rs stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant & notarized.

Personal Financial Document: Original update personal bank statements for last 6 months with bank seal & duly sign. (With sufficient balance of more than 1 Lac rupees per person)

HotelAccommodation: Hotel confirmation voucher copy

Air Tickets: Return air ticket copy

Additional documents:

– (If not shown in passport) Marriage Certificate of the Couple issued by the marriage registrar /Affidavit required attested by Notary Public.

– E-visa copy and passport copy of those who will travel with the applicant should be submitted as applicable.

Travel Insurance: – EMAA insurance is a mandatory document to apply for Türkiye visa.  EMAA is the only authorized security and health insurance policy accepted by The Turkish Ministry of External Affairs. The insurance which will be provided you at the time of the submission at Gateway. 

Important Note: EMAA insurance is not refundable.

  • Consulate/ embassy may ask for any additional documents.
  • The applicable visa fee in Indian Rupees is as per the current exchange rate. The same is subject to change without notice.
  • Embassy/ High Commission may ask for any additional documents.
  • Visa fee and service charges are not refunded if your application is refused by the Consulate / Embassy.
  • The issuance of visa is the whole and sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Embassy of the sovereign state over which we do not have any control. We merely act as a document delivery agent between the customer and the concerned Consulate/Embassy and shall in no way be responsible for any delay or refusal in the issuance of visa by the respective Consulate / Embassy.
  • Travel insurance is Mandatory to be purchased from Turkey Gateway while taking the appointment and the same is included in the above charges.
